About StoonOS

What StoonOS is, who it's for, and where it stands today — stated plainly, with nothing implied that isn't true yet.

What StoonOS is

StoonOS is a browser-based operating system for professional event teams: a single workspace that centralizes the business and event-operations side of running client work, from the first enquiry through to delivery.

Who it's for

Event agencies and professional planning teams.

Is StoonOS a CRM?

Not primarily. StoonOS is not positioned as a generic CRM. Client and enquiry management are part of a broader operating system for running an event business and its events — proposals, contracts, budgets, tasks and the run of an event sit alongside client records in one workspace, not as a separate add-on.

Access today

StoonOS is currently offered through a private beta. Public self-serve signup is not available yet; access is by request.

Where StoonOS is available

StoonOS is currently in private beta. Public market availability has not been announced.

What's in StoonOS today

StoonOS covers enquiries and a lead pipeline, clients, proposals, contracts signed by private link, a client portal, budgets, tasks and a run-of-show timeline. Invoicing, deposit requests and payment schedules are available; payments are made to you directly and recorded in StoonOS — it does not take card or online payments. There is no VAT, sales tax or accounting automation in the product today.
